• **Open kitchen with Maine’s oldest continually operating wood fired oven. Wood included, We will have the oven ready as it takes several days to get to temp. We will coach your caterer if needed. It is a fun thing. REAL FIRE. ahem…
• **Equipment: Tables, chairs, plates,coffee machine, espresso, flatware, service ware, black cloth napkins, various glassware, commercial dish machine,   trash cans & liners…. In short, most any normal thing a caterer may need. If not we can provide specialized decor or equipment. Kitchen is equipped with a wood fired oven, 8 open burners, plancha, convection oven ( 3 racks as part of the range), walk in and line refrigerator space, all utensils, pans, racks & containers needed. A cook’s amusement park.

• We will coordinate with your event planner & caterer. An hour and a half of consultation      included. Additional time billed @ $100/hr
• We will have a facilities person on site at all times to assist the caterer/ event manager  with the facility as needed.
• **7:00 AM -11:59 on the day of for full day packages. 
• Multiple days/ weekend packages are available.
• You must obtain an event insurance policy. These are a minimal cost. We can steer you to a local agent. 
• Miranda Inc. and Kerry Altiero must be included as co-insured on your event, planner & the caterers insurance.
• Additional services are available. Bella Vespa a beverage, ice cream, wine, beer & Espresso dispenser and The Excellent Dog a new age hotdog cart, Entertainment, chocolate fountain etc.

Also Available are our Vespa Jubilee ( Vespa Ape) 3 wheel beverage wagon  that dispenses Prosecco, beer, wine,Ice cream sandwiches & espresso drinks.
